Customer needs analysis is the process of identifying the customer’s requirements for your service. We agree on a time frame and a workshop day where the customer presents the project to project members.

We provide our customers with a professional script based on the type of project and we create a target list of companies that suits our client’s needs.

Follow Up Meetings
We have weekly reconciliations where we give our clients weekly reports and presentations about interviews and meetings we have created.

Final Report
A final report will always be sent to our clients as soon as the project ends. There will be a status report of our results and a summary of the project.
